What should I do if my Up Luxembourg card no longer works ?
Is your card no longer working or has your transaction been refused ? Then check first:
– If your card is activated (via the MyUp Luxembourg home page or via “My cards” in the Up Luxembourg app).
– If your card is still valid (check the expiry date on your card).
– If you still have an available balance
– If the merchant where your transaction was declined accepts the product available on your card.
– If, after verification, your Up Luxembourg card is still refused by several merchants, please return your card by post to our address: 9 rue du Laboratoire L-1911 Luxembourg. Your card will be tested and, if necessary, a new card will be sent to you within 10 working days.
